Kyle is the founder and managing member of Precept Law Group. Kyle earned a Bachelor of Science from the United States Naval Academy, Juris Doctrorate from the University of Southern California and a Master of Laws in Taxation from the University of Washington. He is licensed to practice law in Washington, California and the District of Columbia. Kyle acts as a trusted advisor in guiding his clients through the complicated and often confusing maze of financial and legal decisions.

Chris Czaplak

Partner, JD, MSE


Chris is an experienced litigator and former engineer who earned his Bachelor of Science from the United States Naval Academy, his Masters from Catholic University and his Juris Doctorate from American University. Chris leverages his 20 years of leadership and crisis management experience in the military to solve the most complicated problems and tailor solutions to his clients’ needs.

Cynthia Durand

CPA, Masters in Taxation


Cynthia earned her Bachelor of Arts in Accounting at Western Washington University then her Master of Science in Taxation from Golden Gate University. She is a member of the Washington Society of Certified Public Accountants. Cynthia has more than 15 years of progressive experience in providing quality accounting and tax services to individuals, partnerships, and corporations.

As a former director of international relations and acquisitions for a multi-national corporation, Anthony has lived and worked all over the world doing business and managing relationships with industry-leading global companies. Having handled investments, franchise purchases and partnerships with large companies like Discovery Networks International and Limited Brands, Anthony brings a wealth of experience in managing and executing across several branches of business.
